You want have to call a 1800 number you can call her and she will assist you with all the information you need with billing,services ect fabulous I appreciate it. Wagoner the installer was very Professional and knowledgeable of his job Absolutely Super Guy. My appointment was 8:30 done by 10:30 with everything ✅

Wagoner was great! He did a great job hooking everything up. The internet was slow so it took a long time downloading everything. He was very patient and at the end he explained how to access the apps and use the voice commands. Natalie was great when we called to set up the appointment.

I wish I could give Natalie and Wagner 20 stars. They are both patient with an old lady like me. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

So far we have had a wonderful experience. Natalie hooked me up with what I needed and Wagner was my install pro who bailed out a dish configuration and hooked up four boxes in a jiffy. Overall please and I would recommend their services to anyone.

In these times when I like so many others believe that true customer service is dead, I was once again proved wrong. I had the opportunity to work with Natalie at the Mooresville Directv office. You will not find a company rep. more engaged and truly caring about the customer. We were discussing the pros and cons of satellite vs. streaming and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process. If you are in the Charlotte NC. area and wish to start your Directv experience with a person that can truly make it painless vs. someone at the end of an 800 number I can highly recommend Natalie!

The Mooresville area is lucky to have Natalie and Wagner for Direct TV services. They are both extra nice and always take the time to fix any problem we have. Their customer service is above and beyond every time. Can’t imagine having any other TV service.

Extremely satisfied. Wagner did a great job installing dish where I wanted it and running lines neatly on a 98 degree day. All......around a mess Spectrum had especially while trying to get us Directv and keeping Spectrum internet. And Natalie hooked us up with the minimum package to get the channels we wanted. Awesome team. Highly recommended for your TV 📺 pleasure 👍 😀.
